Script Help Needed

I m here to get advice from you guyz :) i have maked a layout for mobile mobile zone i want to make mobile zone :) so i have maked one layout navigation themes,ringtones,wallpapers now i want some php coding or script that i want to put in my layout and i can easily upload themes for members and they can download easily make categories for s40 s60 s90 etc etc so on and if member wants they can also upload is theere any script of php ?? or any custom coding to learn i m noobs in php so kind help needed sorry for my bad english :( Edited December 1, 2008 by Anique

You have just started to learn PHP so doing a script like that is a bit complicated for you.

 

Anyway I don't know any script like that, maybe someone else have more knowledge on this matter :)

Would this script be a script for you to:

 

1) Upload something

2) Allow members to download something

 

Or am I miss reading something? Sorry about the questions just a little unclear.
