I didn't see a v5 section on the site so I will put this here. If it needs moving, my apologies.

With v5.x, it is no longer to use Source/HTML in the editor, site wide. Is it possible for an APP to be created that allows for such?

Kirill Gromov made an application to edit the source HTML (only for topic posts).

I am looking for one that applies site wide as I utilize Pages quite a bit and also would need it for Blocks. Should I approach Kirill?

Site wide would require implementing the feature in every single location. It's impossible to add the option to the editor itself.

Since Kirill already made a modification for it, it's best to ask him if he can add support for more areas, or eventually make a new one for other areas.
